I head Cauliflower
1 Medium Onion chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 heaped tsp turmeric
1 ½ tsp ground coriander or bunch of fresh coriander
1 tsp Cumin
1.5 litre chicken or vegetable stock..
Add in 200g chickpeas
1 Litre of Stock (or use stock cubes.) Put cauliflower, onion, garlic into the pot and bring to the boil. Simmer for 30mins on a low heat. Add in turmeric and cumin. Then add the coriander, nutmeg and stir. Blend in a blender then return to the pot and add in the chickpeas and simmer on a low heat for a further 15minutes.
