You don’t have to be a marathon runner to feel the many benefits that exercise can bring. We say everything in moderation, including your exercise regime. I if you cycle or swim, even better. Exercise should be a pleasurable past time not never torturous. Exercise is also an important component in terms of weight and disease control. It is extremely beneficial for psychological wellbeing. It creates better energy levels and sleep patterns. It boosts our immune system, builds and maintains muscle mass. It has an enormous impact on stress levels. And research has proven that physical activity in all forms has been proven to reduce future cognitive impairment.
